Rancho Cordova Yoga offers Yoga for all levels

Whether it's your first yoga class or you practice daily, Rancho Cordova Yoga offers a class that will support your needs. Yoga classes are offered at a variety of sites in the Rancho Cordova community.

NEW! Lunchtime Yoga on Tuesdays

Class options include:

  • Tuesdays (Vinyasa Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm (beginning 2/7)
  • Wednesdays (Yin & Flow Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm
  • Thursdays (Vinyasa Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm

*Lunchtime yoga may be included with the purchase of a monthly or class pass purchased through CRPD.

Register and attend on-site at: SCOE Curriculum and Intervention Annex: 10461 Old Placerville Road, Suite 120, Sacramento, CA 95827 (ENTER THROUGH Suite 120, AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING)

First Yoga class at any of our locations is always FREE, so try us out!
