Mitchel Middle School – Healthy Lifestyle Event

Body Investment Studio (BIS) will be participating in the 1st annual Mitchell Middle School’s Healthy Lifestyle event. It will take place November 5th from 5:30-8:00pm in the multipurpose room at the school. The event is being put on by the PTA to promote healthy choices to the schools families. BIS will have yoga demonstrations as well as our massage therapist on site.

We are happy to announce we are now carrying Zobha yoga apparel. Come in see our selection. Flare, Style and function.

Some people call it “Karma”, some call it the principal of “giving and receiving” but whatever you call we call it FREE. Every Saturday through October our 9:30 and 11:00 class will be FREE. However donations will be accepted and a (large) portion of the donations will benefit the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership
